Warranty and Return Policies
Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer, unless specified otherwise. All of these warranties are included with your order as per manufacture warranties .
Please refer to How to return an order below. Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturer's defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any other circumstance. Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions will not be eligible for warranty or refund consideration.
We reserve the right to charge up to 15% restocking fee and actual shipping + handling for returned unopened items. Custom , High Performance items , Special order items are non returnable items .
Shipping charges are non-refundable , Free shipping is only free if you receive and keep your item.
No Wake Zone disclaims any liability beyond the amount of invoice and shall not be liable for any other expense , loss or damage whether direct or consequential .All warranty work must be done or approved in advance by No Wake Zone.
How to Return an Order
1. Call Customer Service at 1-253-939-4800 to talk to our techs for trouble shooting or return information.
2. New parts must be returned within 20 days in the original box unopened , plastic still sealed , undamaged and in resalable condition ,with a copy of invoice included .
3. All returns must be sent prepaid. No collect shipments will be accepted. If we shipped you the wrong part, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs. Insure the part for full value to protect yourself against loss.
4. We strongly suggest you ship the return by UPS Ground Service or U.S. Mail. All truck freight, air
freight, and overseas returns must be authorized in advance. In these cases (truck freight, air freight,
and overseas returns) please contact us before shipping.
5. If you are returning parts due to shipping damage by UPS, please call Customer Service if damage is under $100.00. If damage is over $100.00, call 1-800-PICK UPS (1-800-742-5877) and request a Damage Inspection.
